What BreederBase is
BreederBase is a tool for keeping animal related data in order, especially for cats and dogs. It is meant to support health records, documents, visits, litters, notes and recurring tasks that need to be tracked.
The product is not limited to breeders. It is also meant for regular pet owners who want a full view of their animal in one place instead of scattered notes, spreadsheets, chats and folders.
BreederBase is being developed as a separate product within the gmerek.at ecosystem. The direction is practical: clear data, maintainable structure and steady product growth.

Why it exists
Problems it is meant to reduce
Animal related data drifts apart very quickly. Some of it lives in a phone, some in folders, some in email and some only in memory. That affects breeding work, but also normal pet care.
BreederBase is being built to reduce that friction. The aim is to make data easier to find, easier to review and easier to keep in order over time.

BreederBase is being developed from practical experience and from real needs seen in day to day work with data, sites and tools used around animals, breeding and everyday care.
The approach is straightforward: the product should be useful, readable and maintainable. It is part of the gmerek.at ecosystem and should help with work instead of creating more overhead.
Languages and growth
The product and the site will continue to grow
The website and future documentation are prepared in three languages from the start: Polish, English and German. The same applies to the structure for the documentation area and future product sections.
Next steps include fuller product documentation, the expansion of the manual section, clearer subscription planning and steady refinement of features around real user workflows.

A subscription model is planned from the start
BreederBase is intended to grow as a commercial product as well. There is no billing flow yet, but the website architecture and product communication already leave room for subscription plans.
The goal is a simple and honest model: breeders and regular pet owners do not have the same needs. The site should make that direction clear already now.

This section is informational for now. It shows the product direction and leaves room for later pricing work, without pretending that payments are already implemented.

The full manual is still in progress. The structure is already ready for separate content in PL, EN and DE, so the next documentation sections can be added without rebuilding the whole site.
